Frequently asked questions
What counts as general cargo in air freight?
General cargo is freight that needs no special handling: machinery parts, textiles, consumer goods, documents and other non-perishable, non-hazardous items.
How is air freight priced?
Air freight is priced per kilogram of chargeable weight, which is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6,000). Our chargeable weight calculator works it out for you.
Can you collect from my factory or warehouse?
Yes. We offer airport-to-airport service and can add pickup and delivery at either end.
